Irene began her career at a Cyprus Investment Firm, where she worked as a Financial Administrator and Reception & Transmission Officer (RTO). She then spent over five years as a Private Markets Risk Analyst at an international advisory firm specializing in alternative investments. Following this, Irene held the roles of Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager at an AIFM and UCITS management company. Most recently, she served as Associate Director in the Client Operations department of a global fund administration firm, contributing to complex fund servicing. Irene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Warwick Business School in the UK. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CySEC Advanced Certification. In addition, she has earned a Certificate in Investment Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

“professional investor” means an investor who is considered to be a professional client or may, on request, be treated as a professional client within the meaning of the Second Appendix of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law.
“well-informed investor” means every investor who is not a professional investor, but fulfils the following criteria:
a) The Investor confirms in writing
